Now, Seabreeze construction has come to a mandatory stop by local regulations until March 2009 where works will resume.

Summer season has started and many people who visit Carilo for holidays and pass by the construction site are amused for the rapid progress of works and have become more and more interested in having a unit in Seabreeze.

Seabreeze is one of SAMBA's projects in Carilo. SAMBA is a real estate development company, among its investors are new yorkers Barry Bergman and Matias Bullrich, and locals include Nicolas Hancevic, a prominent developper from Rosario, Argentina.
